Pricing efficiency improves for cell phone data usage

A small detail in most of our professional lives but volume-based billing may become important if you use your cell phone/service to move a lot of data (re:  video or graphics or pictures).  Most likely it will affect the cell phone bills of internet-surfing, picture/video-sharing teenagers...not an insignificant notion for some folks!  - Jeff
