Little Real Estate Website Changes Make Big SEO Difference
Everyone's looking for a magic bullet when it comes to search engine optimization, and some folks are willing to sink thousands into pay-per-click strategies.
Why not start with the simple, FREE stuff?
Go to your site. Hover over your photos. Are they tagged with keywords relevant to your name, your market, and real estate in general? Or are they untagged? When you save those little photos to begin with, do you save them with your name, or are they labeled "agent-small"?
How about your individual pages? What title are you (or your Web tech) giving those pages to show up in the browser's heading? For example, on my blog page, it says "Certified Professional Real Estate Coach - Amy Stoehr - Amy's Blog" instead of "Amy's Blog."
They may seem like little things, AND, when you add up fifty little opportunities (or more) hidden about your page, you start to see the ripple effect.
