I had a wonderful reminder at the AFIRE Conference last week, given to me by a new and dear friend, Marilyn Naylor: "Never be less than you are so that someone else can be more than they are." This brought to mind for me the Marianne Williamson quote, Our Greatest Fear. It reminds us that we are all children of God, born with amazing gifts and we are called to shine that brilliance to the world.
