Bank of America forgives principal on some Loans!

In my opinion, this is a very good approach to reducing the "downward spiral" of falling prices and foreclosures.  Forgiving part of principal over time is a very healthy way to ease the pain of falling prices in housing markets.  It gives hope to many homeowners.  For many that hope and encouragement are all they need
